About PawPurl
PawPurl Knitwear Co., Ltd. is a knitwear factory in Puyuan, Tongxiang, Zhejiang, China. We were established in 2014. We make knitted sweaters and hoodies for dogs and cats, and matching sets for pets and their owners.
The Factory
The factory covers 6,800 m² and employs 120 workers. This includes 18 staff in design and sampling and 12 inspectors in quality control. Production runs on 64 computerized flat knitting machines and 22 linking machines, with a monthly capacity of 180,000 pieces.
How We Work
We draft our own patterns from pet body measurements. We keep 12 base patterns for different body types, including dedicated patterns for dachshunds, French bulldogs, and greyhounds. Dog styles come in five sizes, XS to XL, and cat styles in four sizes, XS to L. Each size is tried on real dogs and cats before bulk production.
Matching family sets are knitted in our factory from the same yarn lot and dyed in the same batch, so the owner's garment and the pet's garment are the same color.

We export to 28 countries. About 45% of our shipments go to the United States, 30% to Europe (Germany, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, and France), and 25% to Japan, Australia, and other markets. Our customers are pet brands, pet store chains, and online sellers. We do OEM and ODM work with private labels and retail packaging.
