How We Check Each Order

Our quality control team has 12 inspectors. Every order goes through six checkpoints, from incoming yarn to the final inspection before shipment.

01
Incoming yarn inspection

Yarn is checked on arrival before knitting starts.

02
Sample approval

A pre-production sample is confirmed with you before bulk production.

03
In-line knitting inspection

Knitted panels are checked during production.

04
Post-linking inspection

Semi-finished garments are checked after the linking process.

05
Piece-by-piece inspection

Every garment is measured against the size chart for its size. Pull tests and button tests are done on each piece.

06
Final random inspection

The finished order is sampled to AQL 2.5 before shipment (AQL 2.5 for major defects, AQL 4.0 for minor defects, zero acceptance for critical defects).
