Sampling
Samples are ready in 7 days. This applies to both OEM samples made from your design and ODM samples from our in-house styles.
Send your design, tech pack, or reference photos. If you are ordering an ODM style, tell us the style number and the colors you want.
Our design and sampling team drafts or adjusts the pattern from pet body measurements. We keep 12 base patterns for different body types, including dedicated patterns for dachshunds, French bulldogs, and greyhounds.
The sample is knitted and finished in our factory. Pet garment sizes are tried on real dogs and cats before the sample is sent.
Samples are sent by international courier; the courier cost is paid by the buyer. You confirm the sample before bulk production starts.
Sample Fee
USD 35 per sample (one size, one color), refunded with your bulk order. Samples are free for returning customers. Courier cost is paid by the buyer.
After the Sample
You confirm the sample before bulk production starts. Bulk production takes 30 to 45 days after sample approval and the 30% deposit.
