Patterns Built for Pet Body Types
Pet clothing sized down from human patterns fits poorly and comes back as returns. We draft our own patterns from pet body measurements. We keep 12 base patterns for different body types, including dedicated patterns for dachshunds, French bulldogs, and greyhounds.
Every style comes in five sizes, XS to XL. Each size is tried on real dogs and cats before bulk production.
For matching family sets, the owner's garment and the pet's garment are knitted in our factory from the same yarn lot and dyed in the same batch. The colors match because they are the same dye lot.
How We Check Each Order
Every order goes through six checkpoints:
Yarn is checked on arrival before knitting starts.
A pre-production sample is confirmed with you before bulk production.
Knitted panels are checked during production.
Semi-finished garments are checked after the linking process.
Every garment is measured against the size chart for its size. Pull tests and button tests are done on each piece.
The finished order is sampled to AQL 2.5 before shipment.
You can request our BSCI audit report and order-level QC reports by email. Third-party inspection before shipment is accepted.
